Worldwide surveys show that employees spend 20% of their shift on personal matters/internet. Cyberslacking?

Net use is the fave, %26amp; they like 2 sites the best: annoyingcoworker.com %26amp; overheardintheoffice.com. See story on Reuters "Don't let your boss catch you reading this" dated Aug28, under Tech.

I don't think any of the people I work with do this. When I am on break I check my email or IM my mom, but I don't spend all day doing it. I am almost sure that the other people I work with dont do it either. I really think it is because we have a fair and open minded employer, they treat us well and we do the same.
Reply:I work my butt off 80% of the time, the other 20% is sleep, what a life!!...
Reply:Hi Cam, Whats all of this about? Why did you post this? All they will do is kill more time doing nothing. This kind of think gos on a lot in the Super Walmart Stores. These young kids now a days don't think or want to work to earn a good living. That is the bottom line and very true. That's why our SS. is in danger. I am not Lol to this one!!!

Reply:Most likely. A lot of it goes on where I work. I would say at least that percentage is happening when I walk by people. That and an outrageous amount of smoke breaks. People who smoke seem to get a lot more break time than ones who don't.
