Why would a manager only pick select employees to do a quality review of surveys we do, and not all of us?

there are 8 of us...we all do surveys....the survey complexities are from easy to more difficult. The manager recently has only picked 3 of us to do a co-survey - where they watch/review what we do. The 3 of us do the easier surveys. I'm just trying to figure out why...here is what I have come up:

1. because we do easier surveys - we are not as qualified/experienced as others so they feel the need.

2. They are looking to determine who they will let go if they are planning to do so.

3. Its possible the 5 other may have received a seperate email...not sure...is it worth asking?

It's also possible they may be looking for someone to PROMOTE.

It isn't worth asking.
Reply:yep, they are definitely out to get you.... cuz they ...uh....hate you, thats right......they envy you and your talent.

maybe they dont want paranoids doing serveys, or rather they feel the need to keep you under surveilance for some conspiratorial reason.

stop worrying and find solutions to the company problem, not your problem.

they are looking for ways to improve thier company and they want people with thier interests in mind....not your own.
Reply:He evidently did a quality review of the employees and decided that those were the best for the job.
