Cause I found a hair in my food today, and I told the manager that they should....and she didn't seem to care.

Reply:I thought they were. At least the cooks and the counter help wear hats or visors. E-mail McDonald's you'll probably get a coupon and an apology. Make sure you tell them you talked to the manager.
