Is it acceptable for your manager to have a meeting with the entire staff to review anomymous employee satisfaction surveys and specific comments people wrote

These only bring more problems since many people will complain and make it into a complaint session. People leave because of money and benefits which few companies offer.

Is it smart? Of course not. Why would anyone express their honest opinion to this manager in the future? I sure wouldn't.
