In terms of motivating staff to fill out employee survey. What kinds of things could a manager do if it meets a certain percentage for our group that complete it. I'm looking at silly stuff like volunteer at staff picnic for the dunk tank, wear pj's to work....any other ideas?

the dunk tank is pretty good one. everybody wants a shot at the boss sometimes.
