Survey distibution methods for tax evasion survey for student?

Need to distribute a survey in Ireland about tax evasion as part of one of my courses. I need a wide range of employees to submit ie PAYE, self employed.. Any ideas of how I could do this would be grately appreciated

I guess you have discovered that the Tax authorities will pay for 'information received' ??? (in UK, the Inland Revenue pays rewards of up to £2000 per case)
