Has anyone ever experienced employee sabotage at work?
How did you handle it? What kinds of things were they doing?
All of a sudden, things started to break in the office. First it was minor things such as broke door handles, holes kicked in bathroom walls, spit on all the corporation’s plaques and logos.
Then it became more destructive, $5,000 conference room tables began falling apart and very expensive color copiers shorted out by water. I don’t know how to go about catching this person or even if it is more than one person.
Has anyone as a boss ever dealt with this?
If so, please answer what occurred and how did you stop it.
Even if you have not caught them and are going through this, please share your story and possible solution.
Polls and Surveys: Anonymous employee is destroying everything in sight - see details; what can I do about?
I would place a video camera somewhere that it can't be seen !! Sooner or later the person will get caught !! It could be a person who is supposed to clean the offices and is jealous of the wages the corporations people make !! You never know!!!!! lol
Reply:You need a hidden camera and a good lawyer.
Reply:i would put up hidden cameras. And don't let ANYONE know that they are there. And as soon as you catch them charge them and fire them.
Reply:Hidden cameras.
Reply:We set up cameras to catch the employees. You can buy them for fairly cheap (compared to the damage they're doing). I would suggest buying the ones that only record when movement is detected. And definitely digital. Good luck.

How to write good references (for resume) for our employee?
that's from construction/survey discipline.
How to write good references (for resume) for our employee?
The best reference anyone can get is a verbal/phone call reference. References written down tend to be insincere and not very realistic or telling of the person.
If you have to write it down do something different, explain how the person is reliable, but in terms of his/her reliability and how he/she was reliable. Explain how they're quick leaner, adapt, work well with others and most importantly focus on how they get things done.
Don't just say "gets the work done, is a great worker" say something like.
John doe worked on a large project of ours that had tight deadlines and a strict budget and not only did he complete on time but he beat our own estimates and raised the bar on future projects. John doe was a great member of our team and will be sincerelly missed and will make a great addition wherever he goes to work.
Hope that helps! And thank you for taking the time to write a reference, it is always something people appreciate!

Paid Survey Sites that asking for membership fee is Scams and UNLEGITIMATE EMPLOYMENT OFFER.. Is it true?
But on the contrary, these company charges a one time only registration fee is
BECAUSE they only want serious job applicants filling out our surveys.
If they allowed access to the surveys for free we would have "curiosity" applicants filling out survey applications that were not really serious about the surveys, and taking up applications intended for serious job applicants.
They said that they just want to weed out the "just curious" applicants from the "serious and reliable" survey employees.
Since a survey taker can easily make the application fee back in only about an hour online, we don't really see it as a fee, but a way to show you are serious about being an online survey taker.
Please hellp me, i wanna participate to a legitimate Paid Survey Site THAT AVAILABLE HERE IN PHILIPPINES and i can really earn good enough money.
I dont know what im going to believe, Please help me guys.

I have some quizes about Human Resource management....plz help?
1 How do companies facilitate workforce diversity?
a. Rely on external support systems for minority workers.
b. Encourage employees to challenge the beliefs and values of other employees.
c. Build in accountability through surveys and audits.
d. Reinforce traditional values.
2 A large organization is an EEO employer with an affirmative action plan. Which of these activities is performed as part of the plan?
a. All job applicants must have a recommendation from current or past employee
b. Insurance premiums from former employers of all applicants are analyzed
c. Job requirements are determined based on skills, knowledge and abilities
d. Job announcements are posted on the company bulletin board
I have some quizes about Human Resource management....plz help?
I suggest that the EEO company would certainly include these issues within it's vision and mission statement. Senior executive managers would then lead on Policy and Procedure. I would suggest that they would start with an audit of their people resources to see what they had. They would also look at barriers to minority inclusion. Flexible hours, creche facilities, transport and access would figure highly. Recruitment and the advertisements for recruitment would be looked at especially in regard to interview and selection procedures. training needs would be analysed to see where blockages occurred. Finally the legal aspects would be analysed to see if the Company was complying with the employment laws. Ins terms of your questions, sorry they seem off beam on EEO. I'd say b and c+d, good practise anyway. The other practises could reduce EEO take up.
